The key challenge IndiaGold was facing on the customer communication front 

According to an estimate, the organized gold loan is currently valued at Rs 4,149 billion and is expected to grow at a 3-year CAGR of 19.5% to reach Rs 7,557 billion by FY2024. To get to these numbers the Gold Loan Industry needs to enable an ecosystem where it can expand customer reach, improve communication capabilities, and innovate solutions to meet the demand. 

Above all, trust, credibility, and safety are the foundational values that can take the industry to further heights. 

On this front, the sales and support teams of IndiaGold were facing challenges to reach consumers over phone calls for: 

  • New loan request 

  • Gold loan inquiries 

  • Confirming in-person visit of the loan manager 

Reason being:

  • People who inquired about Gold Loan or requested a new loan didn’t know who the caller was, as no brand name or logo appeared on their phone screens.
