I don’t have a mobile phone, can I still use Truecaller for Business?
Yes! That is one of the reasons we created Truecaller for Business; to include landline businesses.

Simply register and your business will be verified in the process.

Can I delete my business information from Truecaller?
You are able to unlist to erase your business information and picture. Please be aware that many Truecaller users will not pick up calls they cannot identify.

Can my business make money from Truecaller for Business?
At the moment you are not able to make money from Truecaller for Business. However, adding your business details could lead to better customer service, which in return could potentially help sales for your business.

My business is marked as Spam, can I remove that?
Truecaller employees do not administer Spam to any business – this is entirely our users. Spam flagging is used if people feel the call falls in the category of sales, marketing, fraud, or harassment, etc. Your business is able to get rid of its’ spam score if no one marks your number as spam for the next 30 days.

My business was marked as Spam on accident.
That’s not good! Being marked once or a couple times as spam will not make you a Top Spammer, or show when you call. Luckily, if it was marked as spam on accident, the person can un-mark it in their block settings.
