The key challenge HireTale was facing on the communication front 

Job fraud is becoming more rampant and refined. From young job seekers in small towns to experienced professionals who were left jobless by the pandemic, all are increasingly getting exposed to fraudulent job offers. Frauds usually manifest themselves as fake job sites/call centers/consultancy firms or the misrepresentation of reputed job sites/companies.

With voice calls being the primary touchpoint, genuine recruitment platforms need to stay a step ahead - by making their communication trustworthy, branded, and privacy-friendly. 

On this front, HireTale was facing challenges to connect registered recruiters with job seekers.
